Item Condition: Item has minor cracks in the plastic. Monitor screen has a minor scuff. Fan and shroud on the back of the unit is loose. Wires have been cut on the metal rail on the left side. The blue hoses on the fiber glass tank has been cut. AS/Is unable to power on. Please view pictures.
